Outline Plays with Dolls

When the Goo Goo Dolls rolled in to DC for a corporate event Outline was brought in to supply the main sound system for the event. The Butterfly Line Array was chosen for this duty.

Shootout in the Bayou

Outline headed for the big easy for a shootout between the Outline Butterfly and the L- Acoustics VDOSC. Kingston Audio of New Orleans held the shoot out to hear the Outline Butterfly Line array in action. Using the lift gate of a two 24’ box truck, we put 4 of the VDOSC = 952 pounds on the back of the each truck with 3 L-Acoustics SB218 subs on the ground next to each truck. For the Outline Butterfly, we used 6 CDH 483 hi packs = 462 pounds on a genie lift and 3 Subtech 218s on the ground per side...

Heaven & Hell show

Morin Productions, the U.S. distributor for Outline Audio Products, recently took a musical walk through the seven deadly sins when its Butterfly line array was used at the Boston Conservatory’s “Heaven & Hell” production. The show, an adaptation of Joe Jackson’s 1997 concept album of the same name, gives a modern take on the sins including a sloth enjoying a super-sized soda in front of an ultra large big-screen TV. The production featured an uncomplicated stage backed by the talents of both Conservatory students and audio professionals.
